offer 80 workforce housing units as part of the City of Mooresville’s
Inclusionary Housing Ordinance. Individuals and families who qualify for
Workforce Housing have verifiable income that is between 55 and 110 percent of
the current year’s AMI (Area Median Income) for Iredell County. All
applicants must still meet Revere at Mooresville’s standard rental criteria. Verifiable
income does not include Section 8 or Housing Vouchers.
Revere at Mooresville offers 31 one bedroom, 43 two bedrooms,
and 6 three bedrooms apartment homes as part of the Workforce Housing Program.
